New exciting & returning brands to feature at Moda
National trade fashion event Moda, which takes place on 8-10 August 2010, has announced a whole host of exciting new signings and returning brands across all sectors. Danish lifestyle brand Jackpot is making a first-time appearance at Moda Woman, offering its beautiful range of clothing and accessories aimed at the modern woman. Top Israeli label Ronen Chen is another company debuting at the show – this boutique brand is set to become a must-have label for s/s 11 – as is fellow debutant Urban Threads. German brand Elegance, which offers a fantastic range of womenswear from dresses and skirts, T-shirts, blouses to accessories and shoes, is also new to the show, as are French brands Devernois, Epicea and Paule Vasseur. These new signings will be showing alongside a whole host of brands returning to Moda Woman after an absence, including Finnkarelia, which is also bringing See, Double Two and Chianti, and these will be showing alongside the likes of Fred Sabatier, James Lakeland, Steilmann, Seasalt, All is Beautiful, Alice Collins, Unique Woman and Lebek. German brand Jacques Britt, meanwhile, makes its Moda Menswear debut this season, offering its vast array of shirts, made to measure and accessories, and Italian style is provided by fellow debutant Delsiena, who has over 55 years of shirting experience. Gabicci Vintage, meanwhile, is shown as a standalone brand for the first time at the show, Italian brand Garcon Chic is aiming to make serious inroads into the UK and UK heritage brand Peckham Rye is making its debut at the show too. Returning brands are out in force as well, with Gibson London, Florentino, Eterna, Olymp, Robert Graham, Wolsey and Joules all signed up for the show, as well as the likes of HJ Hall, Aigle, Benvenuto, Brax, Roy Robson, Camel Active, Caterpillar, Double Two, Douglas & Grahame, 1… Like No Other, Remus Uomo, Magee and Van Heusen. Over in Lingerie & Swimwear, new signings Seafolly, Speedo Sculpture and Jamu Australia will be showing alongside a fantastic line-up including the likes of Calvin Klein, Eva, Maryan Mehlhorn, Miraclesuit, Moontide, Panache, Pain de Sucre, Red or Dead, Seaspray. Pour Moi?, Gottex, Fantasie, Naturana, Gottex, Monsoon, Slenderella and Triumph. Kickers, Kangeroos, Tommy Hilfiger and Geox are just four of the new names appearing at August`s Moda Footwear. The show, which announced plans to increase its fashion coverage last month, will also see debuts from a whole host of other brands, including Dkode, Victoria Delef, Paez, Berkemann, Florsheim and Nagore. These new brands will boost an already very strong line-up of names, which include the likes of Terra Plana, Xti, Wilfords, Scholl, Start-rite, Rieker, Rocket Dog, Paolo Vandini, Pod, Naturino, Josef Seibel, Hush Puppies, Grinders, Gant, Frank Wright, Caprice, Cheaney, Barker, Birkenstock, Rockport, Softwaves, Garvalinm Bourne, Boxfresh and Anatomic & Co. The Accessoriessector, meanwhile, welcomes Bulatti, Radford Accessories, Arrogance, BiBi, Nashelle and Spanish label Volum, who will line up alongside regulars and returning brands including, Suzy Smith, San Diego Hats, Smith & Canova, Passigatti, Mint, Kelevra, Gaby`s, Big Metal, Dents, Chartage and Adele Marie.
