Announcing the Gucci iPad case: the must have fashion accessory for the must have technology accessory, designed by Gucci Creative Director Frida Giannini. Combining Florentine craftsmanship with luxury technical materials the Gucci iPad case offers an elegant and functional accessory created expressly for the new generation computer tablet. Available immediately in black rubberized Guccissima leather and GG neoprene, both featuring the iconic Gucci green-red-green web detail, or in beige/ebony GG Plus. From October 2010 additional styles will include GG imprimé fabric - in mauve and military green - and GG Plus in beige/blue. Special editions will be introduced to celebrate important gift giving occasions during the year: pop-red or sand-micro Guccissima patent leather for Saint Valentine`s Day, silver Guccissima leather for the Holidays and Diamante Plus sold exclusively at gucci.com. Each iPad case has a strap closure to limit the pressure on the touch screen and is lined with smooth suede that keeps the screen clean and prevents scratching. The Gucci iPad case will be available from June 15th at Gucci`s flagship stores in Rome, Milan, Paris, London and New York and as a pre-sale item on gucci.com from June 7th.
